The research goal is to develop methods of increasing life of structural elements, based on principles of synergetics. The research methods are experiments and analytical studies. The results obtained: based on a synergetics approach, technological conditions of the combined power processing structural materials are developed providing a significant increase in their life indices. The developments are based on approaches of irreversible thermodynamics, namely, the principles of synergetics. Life indices are improved by introducing an intermediate plastic deformation with annealing at creep. So for samples of the AMg6M aluminum-magnesium alloy an increase in the mean time to failure under creep factor of 8 is obtained maintaining the plasticity index.
