Bathimetric maps with pointed on them squares of gas seeps have been plotted, coincidence of the gas seeps squares with profile and the Black sea bottom geological structures has been analyzed. The scheme of using methods and means for collection of the oceanographic data and information about characteristics of marine biota and its functioning has been worked out. It has been shown, that peculiarities of thermohaline structure of the phyllophore field are connected with shallow waters of this region of the sea and influence of river discharge; at all the water area studied at the range of 14 49m depths water column is quasihomogenous. At the region of the Zernov Phyllophore field bottom flora is suppressed; abundance and diversity of the bottom fauna are the most high in the places where phyllophore is present; zones of local hypoxia have3 been registered. It has been stated, that reasons of pelagic and bottom biota degradation are of many - factor character and are connected not only with direct influence of natural factors, but are the result of human activity in the last decades. Bottom fish trawling and movement of many-tons vessels, which leave after them many kilometers of abolished bottom biocenoses and clouds of ooze, negatively effect plankton and kill benthic communities are damaging factors of ecosystem in the Black sea north-western part. According to the results of analyses of hydrological, hydrochemical and biological characteristics of the Crimean coastal water areas we have revealed zones perspective for installation of storm - stable mussel - oyster farms with general square of about 5 thousand square km. We have worked out sensor of optical density of microalgae cultures and laboratory technology for getting complex fertilizers from fish processing remnants; experimental samples were given for testing to the Institute of plants physiology and genetics, NASU. Expressed antibacterial effect of Chlorella sp. Exometabolites has been found, reasonability of using filtrates of its cultures at all stages of industrial growing of the Black sea turbot has been motivated.
