Obtained results characterize properties of ionosphere behavior during geomagnetic storms at these latitudes. The space-time development study of ionosphere storms on the basis of experiment data of incoherent scatter radar system about height distribution of the electron density, satellite measurements (GUVI TIMED) of neutral composition and global maps ТЕС by GPS data, and also model calculations with application of TIMEGCM/ASPEN data are realized. The study of improvement of calculation procedures of height and 24-hours dependence of the electron density in ionospheric plasma in case of radio-locator constant instability are continued. The results of scientific study work can be used in fundamental research in issue of solar-earth physics and also development and specification of global information ionosphere-thermosphere models, which are applied for middle-latitude Europe region under weak geomagnetic perturbations.
