By theoretical and experimental researches are investigated kinetics and thermodynamics of process of manufacture of hydrogen. Dependence for calculation of heat exchange between phases is established in view of their sliding. The design procedure of key parameters and characteristics of system of storage and submission of hydrogen in generators of a high pressure is created in structure of autonomous elevating equipments. The method of calculation of a hydrogen reactor and the executed technical and economic estimation of efficiency of application of the developed processes of manufacture of hydrogen from water with use of energy-accumulating substances is developed. The "know-how" of hydrogen getting is developed. The technology can be used for autonomous objects, and also on HES by capacity from 10 up to 100 МW.
