Comparative study of antibiotic and bacteriophage susceptibility of 25 Salmonella strains and 342 strains of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria isolated from different biotopes from sick children with intestinal dysbacteriosis syndrome was performed. Intestinal dysbacteriosis correction algorithm was worked out jointly with experts-clinicians; its effectiveness was proved by means of laboratory and clinical researches.
