For obtaining native antigens mentioned pathogens it was used next technological operations. At the first stage of investigations the most perspective regime of ultrasound disintegration microbe cells C. diphtheria and B. рertussis was characterized. Then for obtaining antigen preparation it's used centrifugation, ultrafiltration, ultracentrifugation and preparative gel-chromatography. Obtained samples of C. diphtheria, B. pertussis, M. bovis antigen preparations were characterized for their chemical structure and molecular weight. It's studied the influence of experimental preparations of subcellular C. diphtheriae complexes samples on dynamic of humoral diphtheria immunity and non-specific immune protection (phagocytosis activity) during immunization of laboratory animals. It's studied the influence ultracentrifugation on obtaining of antigenic fractions B. pertussis and their biochemical composition. It's studied toxic, dermonecrotic, immunogenic, adhesive properties of B. pertussis microbe cells antigenic complexes preparations during immunization of laboratory animals. It's obtained perspective for development acellular whooping-cough vaccine non-toxic immunogenic fraction with molecular weight 8,1 кDа. It's studied adjuvant properties M. bovis antigenic preparation to rabbit antitoxic diphtheria immunity generation. According to experiments data it's elaborated the project of analytic-preparative set for native antigens bacterial cells obtaining model which make possible to combine conducted experiments into a single whole process.
