The object of this research is the uranium ore of the Novokonstantinovskoeh deposit. The aim of this research is development of basis data for the design of the streamline production of uranium ore processing. Research methods are mineralogical and chemical analysis. Comparative analysis of the ores of the Novokonstantinovskoeh deposit with the ores of the Vatutinskoeh and the Michurinskoeh deposits was conducted on the base of which the conclusions about the possibility of sulfuric acid leaching of uranium from the ores of the Novokonstantinovskoeh deposit were made. For the ores of the Novokonstantinovskoeh deposit was proposed a flowsheet including radiometric sorting, coarse crushing, screening with the work up of the classes (- 5 mm and + 25 mm, -200 mm), which are flow at the heap leaching and radiometric separation of narrow size classes. The data of test of the efficacy of the ore leaching flowsheet on one-stage (direct) pachuc variant and autoclave recovery of uranium were received. The results of laboratory testing of optimal technology of two-stage leaching after the separation of raw materials to "sand" and "slime" are shown. For two-stage flowsheet the necessity of entering of the oxidizer in the first or second stage at the different sulfuric acid consumption was estimated, and also the kinetics of leaching was researched. The basic factors of thickening both all mass of raw material both its slime part. The necessity of addition of the flocculants to improve the ability slime pulp thickening was shown. An acceptability of using of the heap leaching relating to the middling products of different size was studied in laboratory conditions too. The laboratory studies of filtration process of leached sulfuric acid pulp for selection of the band filters. The behavior of silicon in the process of sorption of uranium from the pulps which were leached in pachuc regimes was studied and the methods of desiliconization of ionite (ion exchange material) were tested too. The optimum parameters of the sorption-desorption processes required for the issuance of the initial data for the design were determined. Optimization of parameters of the precipitation of the chemical concentrates as diuranate sodium and ammonium were provided. Optimal composition choice of the solutions preferred for precipitation most of all was made. Check of established improvements for the such operation as screening, crushing, grinding, classification, radiometric enrichment, heap leaching, thickening pulp, pachuc leaching of sands and slimes, sorption of uranium was made in this R&D work. R & D results are not implemented. Sphere of application is the mining and primary processing of uranium ores.
