In order to clarify fundamental laws of interface boundaries formation at liquid-solid phase transitions concomitant to the growth of bulk amorphous alloys, the theoretical methods of statistical physics of condensed matter and physics of phase transitions (and, particularly, the methods of the heterophase state theory) are used. We represent the BMG inhomogeneous state as the heterophase state of liquid that experiences glass phase transitions and is characterized by long-range correlations of short-range ordering (SRO) resulting in developed structure of interphase boundaries. A novel non-perturbative fluctuon model of heterophase liquid state has been proposed. It takes into account interactions of heterophase SRO fluctuations that are treated as self-contained mesoscopic structural units of a system, fluctuons. The model accounts for bulk fluctuonic interactions that are described with phenomenological pair potentials, and for surface interactions that are due to effects of frustration,. the impossibility to build up atomic clusters w/o SRO violation. With due account to both these factors, the expression for the system free energy functional has been obtained. By its variation, closed equilibrium equations of a system have been obtained and the methods of their analytical solution in various approximations have been proposed. The developed model shall be applied to the theoretical analysis of structural and thermodynamical properties of interphase boundaries in BMG.
