The samples were tested to stoichiometry of oxygen. The surface morphology was ascertained because it is need for light scattering experiment. The investigation was carried out with methods of measurements on magnetometer PPMS and nonelastic light scattering spectroscopy and with application of x-ray microanalysis by scanning electron microscope. With help of theoretical modeling it was shown, that geometrical frustration relieving in spinel-type structures is possible due to appearance Jahn-Teller type inner distortions.
