For the first time was received a confirmation of the fact that the special type of heat fluxes ("organized" and "scattered"), under influence of megapolys infrastructure, сan be formed. It is also shown that such fluxes can be registered and studied by the methods of the acoustic sounding. Some rules of formalization of description of eсhogramm, which behave to the developed process of influx of obvious heat, are got. The technical characteristics of the meteoritic automatic radar system which are in radioelectronic University of Kharkov, have been studied and developed. The algorithm of data processing, which include an opportunity to process the information of archive, and also the complex of software and hardware for data recognition and to transform them in the form of digit has been created and improved. The theoretical research of radiation characteristic of the pulsing laser which are working with the help a dyes, was executed with using the equalizations of balance of density of particles, which was complementing by equalizations of radiated and dissipated components of the increased noise; the analysis of possible types of losses of resonator was conducted in broadband variant, the estimation of influencing each of them on efficiency of quasi-stationary generation are got.
