The work purpose – creation of the mechanism of management by innovative development which in a complex considers interests, motives and requirements of innovative process's participants, minimization of risks, and provides on this basis synergy effect from their coordinated interaction; perfection of methodological and teoretiko-methodical positions of innovatics, management and marketing of ecological innovations. Research methods – system approach, analysis, dialectic method of the knowledge, fundamental positions of modern economic theories, modern concepts of management and innovatics, method of logic generalization, system and structural analysis, factorial analysis, methods of indistinct logic, methods of expert estimations, structurally logic. Conceptual approaches concerning management of innovative development is investigated and the theoretiko-methodological substantiation of methods' and tools' system to organizational-economic management of innovative development of the enterprises are executed. Methodological bases of management are essentially deepened by innovative development of the domestic enterprises. Theoretiko-methodical approaches to resource maintenance and marketing mechanisms of innovative development's management of the industrial enterprise are improved. Organizational economic bases of strategic management to regional sustainable development on the basis of innovations are offered, the mechanism of strategic management by innovative development on a basis of ecologization production life cycle is generated. Theoretical positions of the report are resulted to level of concrete techniques.
