The work purpose - working out of a design procedure vortical ejector which works as a part of the vacuum unit on the basis of the liquid -ring vacuum pump, as the preincluded step. Research methods - research problems dared by means of a settlement-analytical method, a method of mathematical modeling of working process vortical ejector and experimental methods of research. The settlement-analytical method is based on classical laws of thermodynamics. Mathematical modeling was spent by means of program complex Flowvision which is intended for modeling of three-dimensional currents of a liquid and gas in technical objects, and also visualization, these currents by computer graphics methods. Physical experiment included research of influence of the basic geometrical parameters of a flowing part vortical ejector and thermodynamic parameters of cooperating environments on characteristics vortical ejector and the vacuum unit as a whole. On the basis of spent thermodynamic analyses the settlement model of interaction of streams vortical ejector the vacuum unit which is based on the law of preservation of impulses in settlement sections of a flowing part is constructed. The complex of experimental researches of working process in vortical ejector is spent, laws of influence of the basic geometrical parities of a flowing part vortical ejector are defined, the field of speeds in a flowing part vortical ejector is investigated. Numerical modeling of interaction of streams in a flowing part vortical ejector the vacuum unit is executed. It is spent exergy the analysis of power efficiency of compound components of the vacuum unit. The technique of forecasting of characteristics of the vacuum unit, a technique of a choice of the vacuum unit for system of vacuum cooling of a water solution is created.
