The aim of the standard working out is the lessening of uterines losses while being kept, ensuring of their quality and formation of reproductive organs in "uterines". In the basis of the standard for the ways and conditions of storing "uterines" the results of investigations in the technology keeping are put down. Following the demands and norms, which the standard, will promote recuving of high seed output of table root-crops and will serve as a basis for using and introduction of new highly productive varieties into manufacturing. The standard, which has been worked out is connected with existing normative documents about environmental protection, safety of labour, storing and also with documents for technical conditions of package equipment, suitable for the mothering's of vegetable production, etc. The novelty of investigation: the standard "The uterines of table root-crops. Ways and conditions of storage" has been worked out in Ukraine for the first time. The standard, after coming into force, will be used in the field of vegetable-growing in the economies of different form of property, which are engaged in growing of seed of table root-crops.
