Object: the Technology of cultivation of long-term onions (an spring onion, tree оnion, dwar alp onion, fragrant onion), the general requirements, is characterized by a complex of effective elements, operations and ways of mechanization, scientifically - the proved dozes, terms and ways of use of fertilizers and pesticides which provide optimum conditions for growth and developments of plants, and also for reception of a high-quality crop of onions. The purpose of development of the standard - improvement of quality of production, reduction in expenses, increase of efficiency of the "know-how" of onions long-term (an spring onion, tree оnion, dwar alp onion, fragrant onion). The standard reflects the optimal way of reception of vegetable production which meets the requirements to working standards on vegetables fresh, and is based on achievements of a science and the best practices in view of грунтово-climatic zones of Ukraine, provides manufacture on the irrigation grounds, and also cultivation of highly productive grades and hybrids which are brought in the State register of grades of plants suitable for distribution to Ukraine. In the project of the developed standard requirements to quality, sequences of made technological operations are established during cultivation of onions: the basic and preseeding preparation of a ground, application of fertilizers and pesticides, preparation of seeds, crop and planting, care of plants, cleaning and the ambassador harvest completion of a crop, a quality monitoring and estimations of quality of works. It is developed with the purpose of improvement of quality of production, maintenance of its conformity to requirements of working standards of an onions green fresh, decreasein losses of production, growth of efficiency of the "know-how".
