Karazin popup.description2 Objects of the investigations are the solar chromosphere and magnetic field of the Earth. Goal of the work is obtaining new data about physics, dynamics and morphology of the solar active phenomena using the surface monitoring observations, detecting and monitoring the geo-effective occurrence of solar activity. Methods of investigation are spectrometrical and spectrophotometrical, using theoretical analysis of data. Software for cartographic support of observation on the heliograph of RI of astronomy of KhNU has been developed. It allows to save the parameters of cartographic projection in FITS-headers of files with images of the Sun, to overlay the grid of Carrington coordinates on images and determine Carrington coordinates of details on surface of the Sun. Cartographic affixment of images allows to perform their transformation to any necessary cartographic projection. Mounting of new spectrogeliograph for automatic monitoring of solar activity simultaneously in two lines (Н? 656.3 nm of hydrogen and 1083 nm of helium) is finished. According to calculations, optical part of the spectrogeliograph have to provide angular resolution 1А and spectral resolution 0.1 sec. in the range of wavelengths of 390-1083 nm. Monitoring observations of activity of solar chromosphere on the programs of International Solar Service are continued. Functioning spectrogeliograph equipped by CCD-matrix photosensor was used. During 26 observational days, images of the Sun in lines K СаІІ and helium 1083 nm are obtained. For study of cross-correlation relations between the state of the geomagnetical field and the solar activity, behavior of index Ap during five solar cycles (1954-2009) has been studied. There are statistically meaningful periods in the spectrum of power Ap related to solar activity. Half-year period caused by the increase of level of disturbance of the geomagnetical field near-by dates of vernal and autumn equinox is present also. Dependence of Ар-index on the phases of Moon on ascending and descending branches of cycle of solar activity has been studied also using Methods of Superposition of Epochs. It is revealed, that maximal values of Ap-index is observed near a new moon on the descending branch of solar activity. Difference in the values of the index for the phases of full and new moon is approximately 18%. The results of the research can be used for prognosis of space weather.
