The purpose of work is research of condition and structural-phase transformations in surface нано- and microcrystalline structures formed with transitional metals and their connections with nonmetals in the conditions of thermal and radiation influence; definition of factors and the mechanisms of stabilisation of structural-phase condition of the structures of alloys. Methods of research - analytical and experimental methods of preparation and thermomechanical processing and alloys exposure to rays, methods of analysis of the structure and phase composition of alloys and connections and their surfaces - optical and X-ray metalgrafia, nuclear scale-resonance, X-ray analysis. In work such results are received. A new method of photorecording of nuclear scale-resonant spectra of dissipation is developed at analysis of the surface of pure iron. It is found out that optical (photon) spectra of return dissipation are registered in the case of electrons formed at exposure to rays of surface layers of deformed iron foil. Experimental researches of phase composition and migration of inclusions of intermetal phases in alloys of zirconium with additives of iron at thermomechanical processing and ion exposure to rays showed that possibly regulation both proportion of intermetal nanocrystal phases in surface alloys layers (of thickness up to 3000 Angstroms), and degrees crystality these phases at the expense of execution of thermomechanical processing, ion exposure to rays and subsequent izohrone annealing. In such a manner, segregation of intermetal inclusions in up blanket layer can influence a radiation stability of zirconium alloys. It is found that at spraying of alloy Fe-Ni to monocrystal silicon in films nickel silicides are formed. In conditions supplying diffusion mobility of atoms, in permalloy film owing to joint diffusion Ni and Si to the surface takes place enrichment of приповерхностного layer with nickel, and border areas of the film with interlayer - iron. The ratings of stability of the structure of zirconium intermetalls and nickel silicides are determined. To such ratings it is possible to attribute the structure of alloys on the exit; presence of defects of the structure; tensely-deformed condition; temperature annealing; rate of exposure to rays and speed of introduction of radiation defects.
