The object of standardization is directly related to standards for fresh vegetable products, production processes for the cultivation of fresh vegetables, seeds, vegetable plants and storage of vegetable production, with the normative documents that regulate the level of safety of life and human health and the environment. The developed standard will allow manufacturers to obtain high-quality, safe for life and human health and the environment competitive vegetable production.
