The differentiated surgical tactic have been suggested and justified by the results of hemodynamic studies depending on a degree of a brain ishemia, and tolerance to intraoperational ischemia, size of perfused reserve. Application of the complex approach to an estimation of a condition of a cerebral hemodynamics, a choice of indications and tactics of surgical treatment, original techniques of reconstructive operations has allowed to achieve positive results in 79,4 % of patients.
