It was based on results of electrophysiological carting with navigation system NOGA XP and trans-thoracic Echo. The proof is found for certain advantages of transendocardial injection of autologous stromal cells versus endovenous or intracoronary one. It has been proven that stromal stem cells transplant causes decrease in dimensions of left heart ventricle and moderate increase of ejection fraction. The effect lasts for up to six month.
