Research objective: consists in working out of methodological problems of reorganization of transitive economy and to formation of the concept of the state support institutional adaptations of subjects of market relations. Research methods: structurally - the functional approach, the system-institutional approach, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the mechanism of transformation of components institutional environments in the conditions of formation of the socially-focused market system and its influence on subjects of economy is methodologically proved. Novelty: the mechanism of formation of potential top border of total volume of unorganized savings of households is proved; the structure of model of motivation of work directed on formation of new type of the worker in a cut of the changes which basic lines is the dominant of internal motivation is defined. The developed concept represents empirical generalization of theories of the human capital, human relations, a humanization of work, industrial democracy, participation in profit, circles of quality, quality labor lives. Efficiency of introduction: use of results of research by house economy, subjects of the government, enterprise structures can promote more effective decision-making process in the conditions of market uncertainty transitive economy, to improvement of quality of a policy of formation institutional environments.
