The purpose of the research is to analyze the specific features of main principles and methods of the modern philosophical discourse, to research the methodology of the analysis of spiritual and world outlook phenomena within a culture, to formulate methodoligical principles of the improvement of philosophical cognition process and value selection in the being of a modern human. Research methods - dialectical, hermeneutic, comparative, historical, logical and general scientific methods analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction, idealization. The results obtained during the research are as follows: specific features and peculiarities of philosophic and methodological discourse have been defined; categorical and content-driven group of methods in modern philosophy have been defined; human and society self-identification issues under current postmodern, social and political as well as cultural processes have been studied. Anohter substantial result of the research lies in the definition of the connection between culcurological and philosophic isues, between existential intenseness of social and cultural being and philosophic understanding of both individual and public being. The results of this scientific and research paper can be implemented to optimize the process of teaching such courses as Philosophy, History of the Ukrainian Culture, Logics, Ethics, Philosophic Antropology and other social studies.
