The influence of state nstitutions and civic society at national interest formation has been studied. Among the key institutions of civic society political parties and movements, NGO's, finacial and industrial groups, think tanks, mass-media, pressure groups can be mentioned. It has been proven that national interests in relation to the interests of other social groups appear as unifying category on condition that state interests and civil society interests are unified.
