Physical-chemical analysis of ash samples bleeded from electric filter inlet, obtained from hopper fields and also from collecting and ionising electrodes was executed. Dust concentrations in flue gases before and after electric filter were measured. It is shown that specific electric resistance of ash is higher than characteristics required for electric filter normal operation. Results obtained during measurements and researches show that electric filter operation conditions not correspond to optimal and project conditions and it is reason of its unsatisfactory operation.
