The goal of the work is to elaborate temperature-humidity regimes of incubation of eggs of new laying and meat-and-laying crosses of poultry, which will give the possibility to increase the hatchability of eggs by 1-1,5 per cent and make better the quality of youngster. Methods of investigations - physiological, zootechnical, embryological, the statistical analyze. It has been established the optimal regime of incubation of eggs of a new cross of laying hens and defined optimal parameters of the start heating up and cooling of eggs of a new population of meat-egg hens, the use of which gives the possibility to increase the output of youngster by 1,5-2,0 per cent (71-72%), the hatchability of eggs by 2,0-2,5 per cent (86-88 per cent). It has been worked out the optimal regimes of incubation for eggs after long keeping, which give the possibility to reduce the term of incubation, to increase the output of eggs by 3-4 per cent and improve the quality of hatched youngster. The new methodical recommendations on incubation of poultry have been published. The novelty - morpho-functional peculiarities of the embryonic development of new populations of meat-egg hens have been defined. The effectiveness of introduction into practice - results of research work have been introduced into practice in the State enterprise "State Farm Birky" with 20 000 eggs of meat-egg hens.
