The per cent of sex chimerism is 10% when creating chimeras of the embryo line. The novelty - it has been renewed the initial breed of hens using cryoconservation and chimerical individuals. For the first time chimeras of a guinea-fowl - hen were obtained. Results of the research work have been introduced into practice in investigations of the Poultry Research Institute of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine when preserving the gene pool of rare and disappearing poultry populations.
