Target - development of technology and programs for the processes of rapid deformation and polishing of details of aviation engines Task, on the decision of which a project is directed: on the basis of design to set intercommunication of kinematics of surface and geometrical parameters of area of contact of instrument with detail, cooperation of factors of loading, parameters of plastic deformation and changes in the structure of metallic alloys; to set functional dependence of forces of cutting from the instrumental-technical factors at the planetary polishing; to set influencing of parameters of visokoskorostnoy treatment, stationary thermal fields on structure and физико-mechanical properties of metallic alloys. Structural and физико-mechanical properties are explored of materials, affecting a process of creation of technological processes. The software is developed for computation of elements of impulsive technological processes. A knowledge base is developed for the processes of impulsive metal-working and application package for forming of technological processes and analysis tensely - deformed state of flat and by volume details. A program complex is developed and knowledge base for the analysis and computation of designer-technological information of the details, made by the visokoskorostnoy treatment. An application package is developed for computation on durability of matrices taking into account the objective approach. Possibilities are explored of the use of the special receptions at the impulsive loading, an algorithm is developed and program for consideration of structural features of purveyance at forming of optimum technological process. Mathematical models are developed and software for the processes of the visokoskorostnoy stamping of by volume details. An application package is developed for computation of the deformed state of purveyance at the impulsive deformation taking into account the kavitation phenomena for the flat purveyance.
