That gave the possibility: 1) to carry out purpose-full selection on consolidation of the line "А" of the breed Birky barvysta by the system of marker genes "S-B" to the level 98,6% and 2) to reach the precision of sorting line chickens 98,4%; 3) in the line of Golden Leghorn "ЗЛ" with another system of gene-markers ("s-B") to increase the number of their carriers for 4 selection generations from 3,4% to 67,5% and to increase the precision of youngster sexing from 75,6 % to 91,4%; 4) to consolidate the line "02" of the breed Rhode-Island Red by the gene "s" to the level 98,4%; 5) to create the new homozygote by the gene "К" line of White Leghorn. The use of created lines in interbreeding and interline crossings gives the possibility to obtain autosex hybrids with the high precision (99-100%) of youngster sorting by sex and good productivity.
