Hybrid geese of the third generation didn't yield to birds of initial breed-founders by the live weight at the 9-week age. When comparing the genetic structure of the first generation posterity with initial parental breeds (Rhine White and Big Grey) by protein loci of the egg whites (Ov, Tf, Om, Omg) it has been established their greater hereditary similarity with the maternal form - White Grey breed (d=0,0108). Hybrids F1 had the intermediate significance between breed- founders (12,19% and 7,19%) by the heterozygosis level. It has been elaborated the method of speeded up reproduction of disappeared variants of Cuckoo and Black Ukrainian hens with the heightened live weight. The work on reproducing Cuckoo and Black Ukrainian hens is carried out under the immunogenetic control. Ukrainian Cuckoo and Black hens and their initial forms differ a little between themselves by the frequency of phenotypes of all three polymorphic loci. The Australorp birds differ from other birds by this index the most.
