A purpose of work is perfection of the system of the metrology providing of measurings of focal distance, optical force, vertex optical force, radius of curvature and prismatic effect of optical elements in Ukraine. As a result of work the programs and methods of metrology attestation of standard measures of vertex refraction are developed, standard measures of focal distance and optical force spherically flat lenses and standard measures of prismatic effect from composition of secondary standard, a flow diagram and mathematical model of error of the secondary standard is developed. Introduction of the secondary standard of unit of length in industry of measurings of focal distance of ocular lenses will be instrumental in development of national economy and increase of level of domestic scientific and technical developments.
