It is installed that at replacement of a part corundum powder of mark КПМО on alumina of mark СТ 3000 SG firms "Almatis GmbH" or a powder inoculated at heat treatment by additive MgO and crushed in the spherical mill with corundum by grinding bodies and a lining, reception of samples and products from corundum ceramics with properties on ТУ У 26.2-0019503-300:2007 after roasting at temperature of 1680 °C is possible that allows to reduce roasting temperature by 70 °C in comparison with existing and to lower expenses of power resources in manufacture.Researches on technology completion cordierite ceramics are executed. Influence of various organic softeners (paraffin high refine, bees wax, polyethylene wax, tallow) on physicomechanical characteristics of samples and the products made by a method of casting under pressure from thermoplastic slips is investigated. It is shown that for manufacturing cordierite the products made by a method of casting under pressure from a thermoplastic slips, full replacement of paraffin now in use technical paraffin high refine is possible, and also replacement mixture of paraffin high refine and beeswax is possible. In consequence strength at compression of samples and products in 1,3-1,7 times exceeds a strength indicator on ТУ. The received results of researches allow to expand a raw-material base by manufacture cordierite the products of mark КДИ made by a method of casting under pressure from thermoplastic slips, and to improve their properties.Under contracts with the enterprises of Ukraine and the CIS countries experimental batches of products from corundum and cordierite ceramics are made. Indicators of properties of products correspond to the standard documentation. Production is transferred to customers in volume of financing.Work should be continued in a direction of perfection of technologies corundum, chamotte cordierite and cordierite ceramics made by various methods of formation.
