The work purpose - perfection of technologies of refractory lightweight products and heatinsulating concrete.Methods of researches - chemical, petrographic, x-ray diffraction, physical-mechanical, thermal-physical.Researches of influence of the additive of alumina of mark СТ 3000 SG firm manufactures "Almatis GmbH" (Germany) on properties of lightweight corundum products with maintenance Al2O3 > 99 % after roasting are executed at temperatures 1550, 1580 and 1680 °С. It is established, that full replacement vibromill alumina of mark Г-00 on alumina of mark СТ 3000 SG and roasting at 1680 °С allow to receive corundum lightweight products with mass fraction Al2O3 of 99.5 %, apparent density 1.3 g/cm3, in ~ 2 times the big compression strength (18 МПа), that provides economy of power resources in roasting and production improvement of quality on a durability indicator.Skilled lightweight corundum samples with additives of plaster and aluminium fluoride are made and their properties are investigated. By slip moulding it is received corundum lightweight refractories with apparent density 1.32 g/cm3, durability at compression 8.5 МПа, temperature of service to 1650 °С. In comparison with the pressed products of mark КЛА-1,3 heat conductivity of cast lightweight products more low in all range of temperatures. Research on reception of samples roasting free anorthite puddle concrete products with a compression strength not less than 10 МПа is executed. The optimum composition providing reception roasting free of lightweight products with apparent density of 1.61 g/cm3, by compression strength 12.5 МПа after 7 days damp hardening, heat conductivity 0.39 Wt/(m·К) is chosen at average temperature 350оС and temperature of service to 1300 ?С. Results of the executed researches allow to expand assortment of let out production and to make heatinsulating concrete of the raised durability (more than 10 МПа).On composition of heatinsulating concrete on chamotte lightweight filler the demand for the prospective invention is submitted.Under contracts with the enterprises of Ukraine experimental batches lightweight anorthite blocks of mark АЛ-0,8, corundum lightweight products of mark КЛА-1,3 and fibrous stuffings for mufflers of tractor engines are let out. Properties lightweight products and stuffings corresponded to requirements of the standard documentation and conditions of contracts. Production is transferred customers in financing volume.The recommendation about replacement of import materials for lining to the lime furnace are developed and given out the customer.Work should be continued in a direction of the further perfection of technologies lightweight products and heatinsulating concrete, expansion of places of application, including in controllable environments.
