Research of preparations on a Disulfiram basis influence on rabbit sexual behaviour; 2. Alcoholic dependence formation studying; 3. Research of preparations on a Disulfiram basis influence on rats alcoholic dependence formationat. Research methods: Alcoholic dependence formed according to the following scheme: each animal placed in a separate cage where 2 bottles laid down: with water and 40 % ethanol. Ones in a day within a month spent measurement of drunk ethanol quantity. After completion of experiment animals distributed on 3 groups. To group of rats with the alcoholic dependence carried animals whom consumption of ethanol within days represented 2 ml and more; to group mildly drinking animals carried animals to whom consumption of ethanol within days represented from 1 to 2 ml; as the not drinking considered animals that than 1 ml of ethanol for days consumed less. To estimate influence Disulfiram on rats alcoholic dependence formation preparation was hypodermically entered in a dose of 20 mkg/kg. Animals divided into 3 groups on 5 animals in everyone. At animals 1, 2 and 3 groups modelled a sharp alcoholic intoxication in 24 hours, 7 days and 14 days after preparation introduction, accordingly.
