Research aim - consisted in that on the basis of analysis of theoretical developments of legal science, generalization of law practice, home and foreign legislation, to work out conceptual principles of financially-judicial theory, define the priority ways of improvement of financial legislation. Research method - it is select taking into account the put aim and tasks of research. The complex of scientific and special methodological principles of cognition of the sociallegal phenomena is fixed in basis of scientific research. Base methodological basis of realization of research is a dialectical method that grounds intercommunication and interconditionality of all social processes and public phenomena. During research correlation of financially-judicial norms is analysed with the material norms of financial right, determination of concept of financially-legal process is given, experience of practical application of financially-judicial norms is studied and generalized in Ukraine and other states; the ways of improvement of financial legislation are offered. Research results were inculcated at: writing of corresponding train aids, monographs and courses of lectures, study complexes, realization of scientific seminars on the issues of the day of theory and practice of financial judicial right, at writing of the articles and preparation of lectures to the international scientific conferences and others like that.
