Purpose of work - to study possibility of mastering under sowing of rice of suitable for rice territories by applying in industry of the on principle new rice irrigation system with the module the " chart-field". A method of researches is the field experience and statistical analysis of the productivity of rice on the different types of the module which is studied, by comparison to the existent rice irrigation systems. It is foreseen that the developed new map will decide the problem of increase of production of rice with high economic efficiency and safety for the place of existence of people. In 2009-2010 the built modules of type the " chart-field" on an area 18,6 hectares, the field experiments were stopped up on the study of functioning of new type of map (methods of submergence, parameters of ductings, water mode of rice) and technological operations on till of rice on the again mastered territories. The rice irrigation system and technology of growing of rice is developed on the module the map-field provides the harvest of 7-8 t/ha grain, an irrigation norm is 10,9-11,3 thousands of m3/ha.
