Use in the calculations of factor 100 carries conditional contractual character: for extrapolation of information from experimental animals on a man (interspecific relations) and for formalization of intraspecific disagreements (mainly, - sensitiveness of man to the action of pesticides) the identical numeral values are used - 10, work of which and determines the value of factor of safety. The modern look on this problem which relates to harmonization of approaches to determination of risk consists in more clear differentiated determination to the factor of safety, which in the first close answers for workers to the value 36 (12 for the interspecific relations and - 3 for intraspecific disagreements). With the use of all aggregate of toxicological information and applying the factor of safety 36, it is developed project of values of possible levels of influencing on working 37 modern pesticides which are incorporated in Ukraine, and certainly risk degree at works at their application.
