A university textbook "Sea science fundamentals" has been prepared and published: Part I - "Hydrophysics"; Part II - "Chemical Oceanography"; Part III - "Geology and the World Ocean Mineral Resources". The new inter-disciplinary research of the seaside regions programmes have been developed for implementation in the educational process when training the specialists in the sphere of nature protection on the basis of preparation and publishing of the new workbooks and textbooks. Master training center of the ONEU on the MHI NASU basis results are given. It was licensed in the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in 2010. Results of the department branch "Information systems" in SevNTU functioning in MHI NASU, department of Technical Cybernetics branch in SevNTU and MHI, and Research and Education Centre of Ecological Engineering which was created on the basis of MHI NASU together with SevNTU. Conceptual and dynamic models of the science, education and manufacturing integration have been developed - dynamic model of the social and economic development of the society, based on the dominant role of education and system thinking; object-oriented model of the social and economic development of the society, based on the conceptual and numerical imitational models of the society.
