Scheme of coastal monitoring is developed including standard hydrometeorological network, fixed marine platforms and small vessels oceanographic surveys. Offshore areas monitoring carried out by means of satellites, radars, drifters, floats, voluntary ship observations and large-scale oceanographic surveys is proposed. Experimental version of the forecasting system of marine environment of the Black and Azov Sea region on the basis of interconnected set of mathematical models is developed. It consists of mesoscale atmospheric model, all-basin and local models of thermohaline structure and sea circulation, wave model, ecological and biogeochemical model, sediment and pollution transport models, river discharge model. Special-purpose web sites to provide users marine information in the Black Sea: satellite data, archive oceanographic data, forecasts of atmospheric and oceanographic fields were created. Programs of development new information portals: Black Sea Forecasting Center of Marne Service of Europe, National Marine Forecasting Center, coastal processes monitoring were worked out.
