Productivity of the cluster is estimated by using of Linpack test. Works for connecting of computing cluster to the segment of Ukraine Academic Grid is carried out. The system of local resource control and ARC NorduGrid software of intermediate level are installed. The user certificate for work in the Ukraine Academic Grid is obtained. The conception of physical, mathematical and programming structure of high productive software complex for simulating of dynamical processes in the near shore zones of the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea basin is developed. The block of calculating of wind wave parameters on the base of parallel version of SWAN spectral wave model is created. The numerical experiments to estimate the dependence of computing time needed for the calculation of the wind wave parameters on the quantity of using central processor units of cluster are carried out. By using of computing cluster the simulation of wind waves in the bays of the Crimea south-west part is carried out with high space resolution. The comparison of results of wind wave simulation on the base of SWAN with measurements on the marine stationary platform located on the Black Sea North-West Shelf is performed. By using of computing cluster on the base of atmospheric reanalysis data the simulation of wind wave fields in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea region is carried out during 30 years period (1979-2008).
