On the basis of the analysis of global and regional climate variability of the ocean-atmosphere-land system a new physical approach concerning generation of weather-climate anomalies in the Atlantic-European region, including Black Sea basin. The study on development of scientific bases for a regionalization of global climate scenarios associated with anthropogenic pollutions was done using the regional climatic model HadRМ3P. Numerical climate changes scenarios for the XXI century in the Ukraine and Black Sea region.The main results of experimentally-theoretical study of the Marine Hydrophysical Institute NAN of Ukraine in 2006-2010 within the project "Climate" have made the essential contribution into the fundamental researches and have applied importance for sustainable development of Ukraine.
