Didorenko popup.description2 3. Object of study - legislative regulation of carrying out of strikes in Ukraine. Aim of the research work - scientific analysis of legislative regulation in the sphere of carrying out of strikes in Ukraine with further working out of recommendations concerning its improvement. The given research deals with the system of regulatory and legal frameworks related to carrying out of strikes in Ukraine. Great attention is drawn to the law "On the Procedure of Settling of Collective Labour Disputes (Conflicts)". The work represents analysis of legal basis in the field of prohibition of carrying out of strikes and some matters concerning responsibility related to regulation of striking in Ukraine. The legislation of some foreign countries is also taken into account. The consideration of practical application of Ukrainian legislation regulating the procedure of realization of the right to strike contains both analysis of strike activities of hired labourers in Ukraine, legal practical experience and the main gaps in legislation and in activity of National Mediation and Conciliation Service in the sphere of regulation of strikes. The research work also deals with comparative analysis of the law of Ukraine "On the Procedure of Settling of Collective Labour Disputes (Conflicts)" and the project of Labour Code of Ukraine on matters of organization and carrying out of strikes. On the ground of represented analysis both Recommendations concerning the main trends in the sphere of improvement of Ukrainian legislation dealing with carrying out of strikes and Recommendations in regards to social - psychological and conflictological aspects of application of legislation dealing with regulation of striking in Ukraine are proposed.
