The goal of the project is the formation of theoretical and methodological bases for identification of general model of effectiveness of enterprise on the basis of scientific grounding as the key determinant factor of behavioral models. Research methods - general methods of research of the socio-economic processes, as well as: 1) in part 1 - system-logical and monographic methods of analysis for the behavioral theory; 2) in part 2 - retrospectively-monographic method of analysis of intellectual complex presented in economic theory, theory of sociology, systems, management, etc., concerning the category of "economic behavior of enterprises" and management of such behavior; 3) in part 3 - structural and logical methods for analysis of risk management capabilities, including the use of capital of enterprises (section 3.1), game theory and other economic-mathematical methods in the analysis of the role of corporate conflicts in the overall model of effectiveness of activity of modern domestic enterprise (on agricultural enterprises as the example, section 3.2), the number of specific analytical methods (including catastrophe theory, etc.) in studying the potential and ways of increasing the efficiency of quality management on machine-building enterprises of Vinnitsa region. This project directed on solution of the theoretical and methodological problems of grounding the model of effectiveness of modern enterprise within the general theory of enterprise. The key approach consists in the idea, that the construction of this theory will be based on assessment, modeling and forecasting the behavioral models of the enterprise. The formation of theoretical base and methodological approaches should decide the problems of scientific and practical backgrounds to improve the efficiency, development and functional stability of modern domestic enterprise (on industrial enterprises as the example), as well as improve the organizational and economic mechanisms of management of these criteria. The paper offers conceptual approaches to the formation of a common model of a modern enterprise's efficiency (taking into account the peculiarities of domestic enterprises, the impact of market relations, etc), which are based on a combination of principles, tools, mechanisms of behavioral theory. Methodical approaches to the evaluation of certain types of efficiency of behavioral models of economic actors. Generalized practical results - practical recommendations for improving the methodology and techniques of analyzing the state of an enterprise, identifying the main problems of their functioning and building models of perfection on this basis.
