Multicomponent disturbance of the immune homeostasis is characteristic for all forms of the disease associated by increasing the lymphocytes apoptosis, discordant changes in neutrophiles apoptosis and disbalance in the main pro- and antioxidant cytokines levels. Accounting the revealed peculiarities differential methods of haloaerosoltherapy were worked out, which allowed to increase the effectiveness of patients treatment through increasing its immune regulative effect.
