The most frequent reasosons of male infertility are infections of sexual path and their consequences which result to toxic and obturationus forms of infertility. The spread form of excetorious-obturatorius infertility is obstruccia of ductus ejaculatoria, which results to azoospermia. In this investigation in 87 such patients is executed tranceurethral cateterisation and ballon dilatation of ducti ejaculatorius that was instrumental in appearance of spermatozoa in ejaculate. In 2008-2010 in 29 couple were registrated planned pregnancy, where men ware done indicated procedure., 18 baby were born already. It is set: the method of transurethral cateterization is promoted for treatment of chronic prostatovesiculitis, instrumental in proceeding in communicating of ducti ejaculatory and improvement of spermogram. Insite of HRCCUN by the name V. Shapoval the method is untroduced in urological and reproductive clinics of Kharkov, Dnipropetrovsk and Kiyv for reconstracting fertility.
