Effective methods of treatment and prophylaxis of pyo-inflammatory surgery-associated complications with different combination of antibacterial drugs, immunocorrectors, antioxidants, autoinductors, polyenzyme drugs and bacteriophages were developed and introduced into clinical practice. New data about use of directed transport of antimicrobial preparations and reserve abilities of their selective accumulation in place of inflammation under influence of diadynamic currents were obtained.
