The most negative impact have the extragenital pathology and abnormal puberty in anamnesis. Diagnostic criteria of placental insufficiency were determined based on investigation of the fetus biophysical profile, hormonal and Dopppler ultrasonography parameters. A system of pregnant women rehabilitation before and after the delivery was worked out with the purpose to correct the disorders of the fetoplacental complex.
