A purpose of work is development of new methods to diagnosis of bacterial and viral intestinal diseases (ID) for children, to prognos the courses and efficiency of patients treatment based on the study of indexes of hemodynamics (portal hemodynamics) and immune system of child's organism. Research method - clinical, biochemical, bacteriological immunological, instrumental. The technical equipment are ultrasonic scintiscanner, luminescent microscope and immunoansime analyzer. The acute ID of children of early age are characterised by prevail of development of gastroenterocolitises. A course and prognosis of ID depends on the state of the cardial - vascula and immune systems of organism. The severe forms of ID are accompanied by symptoms of toxicosis and degydration, that is confermed by changes of central and peripheral (including, portal) hemodynamics indexes. The paramerters of portal blood stream have a important value as a indexes of the functional state of liver and its structura at ID. This parameters reflect the severety of pathological process. Changes of indexes immunological reactivity of children in acute stage of ID determines the course of illness. The results of NIR are used in practic medicine, in infection Regional hospital. Based on the result of this researches 4 patents, 2 innovations were performed, 11 scientific articles were printed. The science work improve our knowledge about mechanisms of formation of different variants of clinical course of gastroenterocolitis at early-age children.
