A pathogenetic basis of hypothyroid encephalopathies is metabolic and biopower disturbances which arise owing to hormonal disbalance, and infringement of the brain hemodynamics is the secondary pathogenetic factors developing on a background neuromediator changes. Interrelations between clinical, hormonal, hemodynamics, metabolic and biopower infringements are revealed at encephalopathies of miscellaneous genesis. The differentiated pathogenetic circuits of treatment of encephalopathies various genesis were developed and their expediency was proved.
