The new types of HVT where in the cavitations zone not only effective mixing of the different fuel components are realized, but also a partial hydrogenation of hydrocarbons are provided due to the formation of hydrogen directly in the process of hydrocavitation treatment of water-contained emulsions are developed. These investigations allowed to create the devices for ultradispersion atomization and preflame activation of fuel emulsions and suspensions. The laboratory plant for hydrodynamic heating studying and the treatment of liquid motor fuels and their emulsions is created. The influence of cavitation on the properties of the treated fuel emulsions is confirmed.
