Besides, 1 work for own facilities of the institute by overall value 1300 grn., disregarding VAT, has been carried out.11 technical specifications, 32 changes to acting technical specifications, have been developed in accordance with requirements of the state system to standardizations and approved, including:- 24 changes to technical specifications on serial refractory product produced enterprise of the Ukraine, on demand refractory enterprise; - 11 technical specifications and 8 changes to technical specifications on pilot lots of the refractory product produced by pilot production of the institute, on base result of research scientific works, executed laboratory of the institute.The comparison with revealed when undertaking of this work best world analogue to refractory product has been carried out on all developed technical specifications. As a result of called on comparisons is installed that made on developed technical specifications refractory product conform to the modern world-level.A developed standard specifications and changes to standard specifications have been coordinated with enterprises - a producer and consumer to refractory product.The examinations of developed standard specifications and changes to standard specifications have been carried out by the Kharkov regional sanitary epidemiological Station and state-run Enterprise "Harikovstandartmetrologiya". Documents for accreditation of the institute in system quality according to requirements ISO 9001:2008 have been updated. As a result work carried out changes to enterprise's standard (ES), Guide on quality and the other documents have been introduced, being normative base of the institute on ensuring the performing the requirements ISO 9001:2008.The new certificate has been issued to institute by the international organization on certification "Bureau Veritas Certification", as a results auditing carried out at May 2010. This certificate confirms that managerial system on quality of the Public Corporation "UKRNIIO named A. S. Beregnoy" is checked and meets the demands standard ISO 9001:2008 in certification sphere: "Development and production of refractories, determination characteristic of refractories, metrological provision production of refractories, development to normative documentation in the field of standardizations of refractories".Internal planned audits of quality managerial system of the institute according to requirements DSTU ISO 9001:2009 and audit the subdivisions of the test centre of the institute according to requirements DSTU ISO/IEС 17025:2006 have been carried out. As the result of internal audits, correcting actions on removal revealled discrepancy and evaluating of the efficiency undertaken correcting action have been implemented.Documents for accreditation of the test centre of the institute in system of the quality according to requirements DSTU ISO/IEС 17025:2006 have been updated and have been made for National agency on accreditations of the Ukraine (NAAU).The certificate to accreditations 2Т083 from 02.09.2010 about competence of the test centre the Public Corporation "UKRNIIO named A. S. Beregnoy" has been issued to institute by the National agency on accreditations of the Ukraine after checking for place by the NAAU and removal revealled discrepancy. This certificate to accreditations confirms about according to requirements DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2006 (ISO/IEC 17025:2005) in the field of undertaking physico-chemical, physico-mechanical, thermo-physical, thermo-mechanical testing of refractories and refractory cheese.The work on provision normative documentation refractory and metallurgical enterprises of the Ukraine has been carried out in accordance with got demand from them.
