It is shown that the method of hard blocks allows to enter the two-parameter method of estimation of parameters of deformation area and does not conflict with the results of calculation of classic method of slip lines. It is marked that the estimation of energypower parameters of process of equichannel angular pressing was produced also by means of method of eventual elements in the known software environments of Abaqus Student, QForm, etc. allowed within the framework of engineerings calculations to confirm the good coincidence of results of method of hard blocks and CAE -analyses. Improvement of the technological modes and structural parameters of equipment for realization of equichannel angular pressing, forces to produce raising and decide the task of optimization with the purpose of decline of efforts of pressing and accumulation of intensive flowage for less of passage-ways for rectangular and turning stamps. On the basis of the detailed research of influence of forces of friction, angular parameters of deformation area, character of distribution of pin tensions the choice of optimal structural decisions of stamps and corresponding values of pressing efforts is produced et cetera, corners of area and brands of the applied greasing. By means of discrete finite-difference methods of calculation influence of initial technological and structural parameters of processes of the transversal and transversal-spiral rolling of axisymmetrical ribbed metal products is considered, where in discrete correlation of radiuses of outward and internal surfaces of ribs of the deformed purveyance is set taking into account the degree of plasticity of material, investigational and offered: a 1) software on their automated planning; 2) practical recommendations, sent to expansion of assortment, upgrading and decline of prime price of ribbed metal products.
